Rezension von Natália Oliveira<blockquote><b><i>"When you love a thing too much, it is a special kind of pain to show it to others and to see that it is lacking."</i></b></blockquote> Tendo amado o primeiro livro, com seu tom de lenda, personagens cativantes e plot twists inesperados, eu vim para essa leitura esperando algo similar - uma história que me prendesse e que me fizesse mergulhar nas fábulas desse mundo, através dos olhos de Chih. E assim, por mais que tenha ficado interessada em algumas personagens e algumas coisas dentro desse segundo volume, tenha gostado da tensão que permeou toda a narrativa, não consegui me importar muito com o que foi apresentado na história dentro da história. Scholar Dieu e a trigresa lá não tiveram muito apelo para mim, não me senti envolvida pelo romance....enfim, foi uma leitura inferior ao que eu esperava. Ainda gosto muito da prosa da Nghi Vo, e eu adoro essa trope de 'personagem que sai coletando histórias do mundo em que vive', então obviamente vou continuar a seguir as aventuras de Chih, mas talvez irei para os próximos livros com um tantinho menos de expectativa.
