📖 Two Little Liars by Michelle Harrison ⭐️⭐️⭐️✨ 3,25 stars I received an ARC of this book and was immediately drawn to the premise, as it sounded exactly like the kind of psychological thriller I usually enjoy. Two Little Liars follows a gripping mystery surrounding the disappearance of Bee, forcing those closest to her to confront long-buried secrets, tangled relationships, and the lies that have shaped their lives. As the truth slowly begins to unravel, it becomes clear that everyone is hiding something. I have to admit that it took me a little while to get fully invested in the story. The beginning felt somewhat slow, but once the mystery started unfolding, I found myself genuinely wanting to know what had happened to Bee and how everything would come together. The characters were a bit of a mixed bag for me. Aiden was by far my favourite and the only one I really connected with. Unfortunately, I couldn’t bring myself to like most of the others, especially Erin, for reasons I can’t quite explain. Thankfully, my feelings towards the characters didn’t take away from my overall enjoyment of the story. While this wasn’t the most memorable thriller I’ve ever read, it still delivered an intriguing mystery with enough twists to keep me turning the pages. If you enjoy suspenseful stories centred around secrets, complicated relationships, and uncovering the truth, this is definitely worth checking out.
