E sempre sou surpreendida pela história, e dessa vez ele me deixou completamente alucinada, eu estava tentando ler uma parte por semana simplesmente pra durar mais,mas não consegui, quando vi tinha terminado e fiquei em choque com o final. O começo da história é com uma cena de crime muito estranha, parecia suicídio, mas alguns indícios deixavam claro que não foi isso que aconteceu, o detetive designado para o caso era novo na corporação, e ele tomou muito cuidado ao examinar a cena do crime, tudo foi feito de acordo com os manuais. E ele acabou descobrindo DNA de uma pessoa na cena, além de algumas digitais, e tudo apontava para Victoria. O que ninguém contava era com o ataque terrorista as Torre Gêmeas em 11 de setembro de 2001. E todos esses acontecimentos impactaram diretamente nas investigações do crime, Victoria estava em uma das Torres no momento do ataque, e foi dada como morta.
