This is the second time I’ve attempted this particular book and I was finally successful. I’m not entirely sure how I feel about it and am not sure I fully understood it in its entirety. While the writing was decent enough, I just felt lost at certain points and felt like there was a lot of filler throughout. The FMC, Elin, has asthma, but uses her inhaler during panic attacks. Not once does she actually use it due to asthma. She is so unsure of herself and blames one character after the other for what is going on. Then there is the thrown in there love interest, Will. Like why he is even there besides to look as her scornfully and be upset at her because she in indecisive in so many things. He spends most of the book confused and upset with her and her life choices. This book probably had some potential, but it wasn’t quite there in the end.
