Presbyterian minister turned prospector and gambler Hunter Bell strikes it rich in the Oquirrh mountain range in western Utah. But despite his fortune, Hunter is still unhappy until he encounters Quaye Mac Gandley who is escaping an abusive husband. Quaye and Hunter soon find love and happiness together.
