Rezension von Bella CiaoThat definitely was tough to read. Following Anne's thoughts during the worst of times made me stop to put the book down for a couple minutes before I could go back in multiple times. No one in those horrible times deserved any of the cruelty that the nazis did to them. This book should be a must read for everyone since contemporary witnesses are becoming less and less and Anne's diary is a first hand report about those times.

Rezension von Catia this book broke me. i don’t have any words. it was interesting to see her point of view and her thoughts. but you should be in a right mental place because this book made me really sad. it made me sad and mad because how could the world and the people from the past do that. how can they do and deal with it now. im speechlees and im sad. i know it was a long time ago but still this book gave me a bit if an knowledge of what a jewish person thought when their country is againt them and wants them dead. i dont think i’ll recover from this anytime soon. i will be watching movies and documentarys about it. i think people should read it just to see what the reality was and how they dealt with everything. 5⭐️
Rezension von LucyEspecially in this day and age, when there is suffering and discrimination everywhere, this book is a must-read. Anne not only describes her life in hiding during the Nazi regime, but also her worries, her development and her thoughts on feminism. And all this at the age of 13-14. I couldn't stop crying at the end of the book. You have to read it at least once to never allow something like this to happen in the world again or to fight against it, because this is exactly how the extermination of a nation is happening today. I can't give it less than 5 ⭐️
