I love this series. The setting in Alaska is incredibly well described. I really like that the book is only written from one POV. This makes it much easier to empathize with the protagonist Abby. I really like how she develops over the course of the series. This applies to all characters. They are not flat or boring. I like how this story develops naturally despite all the twists and dramas.
