3,5⭐️ and only because of Noah Riley and Mason Johnson. I liked Arianna as a character and getting to see her grow outside of her friend group was really nice. I felt for her SO MUCH the first couple weeks of the semester when she hid away from her friends because she couldn't talk to them about her situation but also didn't wanna lie to them. So glad she reconnected with Noah there and that he helped her get out more and keep going. Speaking of him, that man deserves all the hugs in the world!! Him and Mason both. Because while Noah helped Ari when she couldn't talk to her brother about Chase, Mason literally cared for her in every other way possible!! Literally one of the best brother I have ever read about (His book will probably be the only other one I'll be reading in this series). Cameron and Brady were such beautiful souls and so caring towards Ari. All things said...oh wait, there is one more person left (even though I have not one good word to say about him)... Chase, oh boy did I not like you even one second. I know Ari and him at the Beach in the beginning was mutual, so I can't completely fault him there, but everything else he did after that?? That man needs to touch grass or better yet, keep his hands to himself. Also, towards the end there were just too many plot twists, in my opinion. Like, I get very often there are multiple twists, but one of these especially (about Noah's mom) was just unnecessary. Instead of letters, Ari could've stumbled into her room and things would've come back to her that way. I mean, seriously, Noah couldn't catch ONE BREAK in this whole book. Now that all things are said, I most likely won't continue this series, except for maybe Masons book like I said, because I want to see this man happy.
