Shawndee Sibley longs to get away from the drunks who frequent her mother's Silver Creek tavern. Her mother disguises Shawndee as a boy for protection. Shadow Hawk takes revenge on the Sibleys for corrupting his warriors with whiskey, and captures their "son". But Shadow Hawk quickly becomes the captive of Shawndee.
