Rezension von Lyndsey MartinezSometimes I can’t stand multiple POVs but this was perfect. It built the story and weaved so many different characters together in some way or another. In traditional Sarah J Mass form, you knew the story would twist and turn, break your heart and make you laugh all in a matter of chapters. You never knew what to expect, you just knew something was coming.

Rezension von LarisaOh wow!!! Forget what I said about me not wanting Aelin and Rowan to be a thing in my last review to "Heir of Fire". SJM ate that slowburn-shit up and left no crumbs. If the two of them do not end up in a private corner as far away from Aedion as possible, I will lose it. And dear SJM: Don't pull a Chaol thing on me again. I don't think I can take another failed favourite ship of mine sinking to the bottom of the ocean :') Thank you. Can we just agree that Aelin is the It-Girl of Rifthold? She really had 5 guys absolutely obsessing over her this book (one of them being a now-king, the other the king of assassins, two of them being fae princes, and the last one just being...Chaol). If it were any other mc I would say it's a bit too much that everyone is so obsessed with her but NO. Aelin is the only one where I am absolutely okay with that.
