Ein Buch, das Gender und Identität hinterfragt, Magie komplett neu erfindet und auch die Grenzen von Gut und Böse verschwimmen lässt, ohne das sich das forciert anfühlt oder vorhersehbar oder so als hätte ich das schon 100 Mal gelesen. Der Fokus liegt auf der Charakterentwicklung und jede Person hat ihre eigenen Ziele Gefühle und Backstory, die sehr berührend erzählt werden. Dieses Buch war ein philosophisches Fantasy Erlebnis, ohne zu kompliziert zu werden.
