Rezension von LucyI liked the second book much better, the characters have grown, but there are also many new ones. Characters: ▫️Pennyroyal is Gilderoy Lockhart from Harry Potter. Such a storyteller and just as sneaky... ▫️Freya Rasmussen is extremely conceited and spoilt at the beginning, but changes towards the end of the book. ▫️ I found comments about Hester's looks below the belt... This body shaming. Apparently 21 years ago it was normal to write something like that. Luckily it's unimaginable today. Worldbuilding: Brutal, merciless dystopian world. Here we discover many more new, wandering cities and get to know the cruel reality. A very interesting concept! I'm already looking forward to volume 3. 4/5⭐
