Cory acredita que eles precisam viver algumas coisas separados para ter certeza de que querem passar o resto da vida juntos ! Ridículo eu sei, mas foi a melhor coisa que aconteceu na vida desses dois, a ideia era ficar um mês separados, e ao final desse mês eles se encontram e decidem o que querem fazer. Ingrid trabalha na biblioteca da cidade e tem um melhor amigo por lá o Macon, e no seu desespero de provar pro Cory que ela vai conseguir ter mais experiências do que ele, ela tenta beijar o Macon que foge da investida, o clima fica estranho entre eles, mas a gente sabe muito bem o que vai acontecer... Alguns bons meses se passam até que finalmente ela e o Cory colocam um ponto final na relação deles, e finalmente a Ingrid pode voltar a viver, e ela vai fazer isso da melhor forma possível.
