Rezension von VerenaLoved it so very much. It’s beautifully written and fell in love with narcissus and goldmund. The last few pages were a bit painful to read. Hesse is for sure one of my favorite authors “If, nevertheless, I know what love is, it is because of you. It is you I have been able to love, you alone in all the world. You can have no idea of what that means. It means a spring in the desert, a blossoming tree in the wilderness. It is you alone I have to thank for my heart not drying up, for a spot remaining within me that can be reached by grace.”
