Rezension von Dr Malini Bhat⭐️⭐️⭐️/5 Love accidentally by phoebe Macleod Picked this up thinking “cute accidental romance, I’m about to be obsessed”… and instead got a slow walk through two people politely figuring out their feelings. Tilly and Luke are fine. That’s the problem. Just… fine. No electric tension, no “omg just kiss already”, not even proper frustration — just a very steady, very calm progression that never really peaks. It’s one of those books where: you keep reading, waiting for that moment… and then suddenly you’re at the end like, oh—so that was the moment? Luke does grow on you (eventually), and Tilly’s emotional arc is decent, but the chemistry? Mild at best. The whole thing reads like a soft background hum instead of a full-blown love story. Final mood: Not bad, not great — just there. If you want cozy and low-stakes, sure. If you want butterflies, tension, obsession? This is not that book.
