Jill e Ted vivem uma vida perfeita, pelo menos é o que todo mundo acha, até que as coisas começam a mudar, e Ted precisa encarar a verdade, e contar a Jill que eles estão quebrados, pessoas normais cortariam gastos, venderiam a casa, e esperariam as coisas voltarem ao normal pra voltarem a viver como antes. Mas isso nem passou pela cabeça desses dois, e eles escolhem um caminho menos tradicional. Matar o irmão milionário do Ted, o Greg, jaque o único herdeiro é o Ted, eles ficariam muito bem pelo resto da vida, ou foi o que eles pensaram.
