There's always a donkey race at the Welford Spring Fair. But Lightning, the fastest donkey in Welford, has just had a foal and can't race. Mandy doesn't want Lightning and her baby to miss out on the fun, so she suggests they come along to watch the race instead. But Lightning has other ideas.
