Rezension von Ein sehr interessantes und aufschlussreiches Buch, das einen Einblick in die Gehirnvorgänge einer Frau in den verschiedenen Lebensphasen gibt und wie diese die Wahrnehmung und Realität der Frau beeinflussen. Die Autorin beginnt mit dem Kind im Mutterleib, dann dem Kindesalter, der Mutterschaft bis hin zu den Wechseljahren. Mir war nicht klar, wie unterschiedlich Männer und Frauen sind, allein im Hinblick auf die Wahrnehmung, die sich ja in den verschiedenen Lebensphasen sogar ändert. Dieses Buch hat mir geholfen zu verstehen, welche Veränderungen ich bereits hinter mir habe und welche auf mich zukommen. Aber auch anderen Frauen in meinem Umfeld zu verstehen, sei es irgendwann die eigenen Kinder oder die eigene Mutter. Ich finde es auch wichtig, dass Männer diese Inhalte erreichen. Dieses Buch empfehle ich jeder Frau 🙌🏻
