I learned that in a 2 years old if you say to them NO cake it means forever ! I also learned that if you come from a toxic family your reaction can be inappropriate because of generational trauma! I felt one story Where Shannon was there for her friend but when she needed someone the other person was NO one near to be found! And I felt that deeply ! There was also the part where it said Don’t fight fire with fire instead learn to De- escalate things ! I also learned that if woman Don’t give their man space like calling him 3 times a day at work it doesn’t give him an opportunity to miss you when you got to give him space as well :)
