Amazing Book - Provides an indepth insight how a habit can be built and how it can be sustained for a longer period - Book had one of the best quote - which I will carry with me - "Never Miss Twice". Overall a complete book if someone wants to know how the habits can be developed.

WRITE DOWN YOUR HABITS FIRST ✅ So let's spill the tea: did this book change my life for the better and increased my productivity by, 10000% ? No.  Though, James Clear shared many actually helpful lessons with us. I guess deep inside me, I was already kinda aware of  The "Four laws of behavior change". Especially once you reflect thoroughly on your day-to-day life, you are  going to recognize these patterns in the actions you do or not do and why. Likewise, there definitely are parallels to the"SMART" rule - Something they PREACH in therapy. Regardless, reading about it and having someone telling you was a worthful reminder.  Additionally, James Clear did a very good job on implementing past and present real life examples of behavior change. That way, he took away some of the dryness a self-help book might have without these stories. As mentioned above, I highly recommend you specifying the habits you want to implement into your daily life in beforehand. It is going to make the reading much more insightful to you (I haven't, so I'm speaking from my own experience). Secondly, for me, this isn't a kindle-read. Just because highlighting things with an actual pen in a physical copy feels more "impregnate". Plus, picking it up to reread certain parts  is easier when you can hold the book in your hands.  However, my main issue with these kinds of books in general is remembering the smart lessons they try to teach us - which is totally a me-problem. Especially by only reading a chapter here and there, as I did in the beginning. Spoiler alert:  reading in through in one go, didn't change much on that behalf. Eventually it made me discover how "monotone" self-help books get to me without reading something "fun" at the same time which made me not wanna pick it up (it is a vicious cycle).  To sum it up, I'm glad that I read this book and will definitely do a reread. BUT not without, getting a physical copy and setting my goals in advance. Love, Eva
