Al, the angel from Angels in the outfield, is back. He touches down into the lives of two brothers and a footloose football team that doesn't have a prayer. Jesse is the only talented player on his high school football team, but after the sudden death of his father, he quits, and loses all hope. Things begin to turn around when his younger brother sends a little late night prayer, and soon, Al and his squad of angels show up to tackle the problem.
