Rezension von AnsoStill a solid read but I'll admit - there were times when I was bored. The story dragged and I feel the emphasis on the romantic entanglements of all the characters were too much focus of book. It should have easily been 100 pages less. Maybe another rounds of edits would have helped tighten the whole thing. I'm a romance reader - so I normally live for the romance in fantasy. But there was no angst, no stakes - I was shipping Jarek and Romy there for a hot second just because it made me feel something. I'm really hoping book #4 will be a bit more pot driven instead of romance.
