Rezension von Raphaela Wundervoll, einfallsreich, gruselig. Ich war nie ein nennenswerter Fan von Ich-Erzählern, aber Kingfishers Charaktere haben immer eine so wundervolle Erzählstimme und ziehen einen emotional sofort mit in ihre Geschichte. Eine spannende Erzählung, über eine etwas andere Familiengeschichte und eine junge Protagonistin, die dem Geheimnis auf den Grund geht.
